Biography
Dr. F. Allen Moorhead, Jr. is a native of Neodesha, Kansas and the fourth generation of his family to be practicing family medicine at this location. He graduated from the University of Kansas Medical School on June 7, 1965 and completed his residency and internship in California. Dr. Moorhead spent time overseas as a Navy physician during the Vietnam War and then began practice at this office site in 1973. In addition to his time at the clinic, he is currently the director of the Regional Wound Care Center at Wilson Medical Center; where he also serves as Chief of Medical Staff. Dr. Moorhead has been published in Top 100 Doctors and Who's Who.
