A Day in the Life: Rose Imhoff Explores the Heart of Wilson Medical Center

From t-shirt cannons to chemistry analyzers, it's the life of a marketing director!

Wilson Medical Center recently hosted Rose Imhoff, a bright and eager high school senior, to shadow our marketing department and experience the whirlwind world of healthcare marketing. From the moment she stepped through our doors, Rose got an up-close look at how marketing plays a pivotal role in connecting patients, staff, and the community.

Her day started with a behind-the-scenes tour, where she learned how our efforts extend beyond the screen and into patient care. She observed how hospital technology, creative storytelling, and even the selection of swag gifts all contributes to building trust and promoting wellness.

But it wasn't all serious business. Rose even helped us prepare for an upcoming community event by testing out one of the most exciting tools in our arsenal: the T-shirt cannon! It's not just about strategy but also about sparking joy and connection.

Wilson Medical Center is committed to supporting local youth like Rose, providing opportunities for hands-on learning that go beyond the classroom. By investing in our future leaders, we strengthen our ties to the community and ensure a brighter tomorrow for Neodesha and the surrounding area.

We are thrilled to have been part of Rose's journey, and who knows, maybe this glimpse into our world will inspire her to someday launch her own career in healthcare marketing!
